Female Liaison Officer will report to concerned Value Chain Specialist. She will be responsible for developing and maintaining good liaison within the program as well as with other stakeholders including line departments, farmer cooperatives, regional offices and other similar projects and organizations.
Specific Responsibilities:
- She will proactively work in field to keep track of the field activities ensuring robust liaison with all the stakeholders of the project.
- Coordinate the work of farmer cooperatives and other partners to ensure that there is no overlap of or conflict of interest in their activities.
- Maintain liaison with government line departments to ensure maximum utilization in local resources in the project and better coordination in implementation of the project and ensure sustainability.
- Support Benefit Monitoring and other program staff in data collection from field.
- Assist in arrangement of trainings, events and meetings of cooperatives.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
Qualification/Experience:
- Bachelors’ degree from a reputed university.
- Minimum 05 years' experience related to the above duties and responsibilities.
