Key Responsibilities

• Marketing Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to plan, execute, and monitor campaigns across digital, email, and other marketing channels.
• Client Engagement: Build and nurture strong client relationships, serving as their primary point of contact to ensure satisfaction and success.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with creative and technical teams to guarantee seamless execution of marketing strategies.
• Data-Driven Insights: Analyze campaign performance and market trends to provide actionable insights that drive results.
• Market Research: Stay informed about industry developments and implement best practices in client solutions.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in marketing and client services, preferably within an advertising agency.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in leadership or team management is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with digital marketing platforms.
• Mandatory: Own transport and a valid driving license.
