1. Preference will be given to Locals of Concerned District/Area.
2. University degree in Social Science, Public Health, Disaster Management or a related field.
3. At least 5 years of experience in first aid training, emergency response.
4. Strong knowledge of first aid principles, emergency preparedness, and response frameworks.
5. Experience in conducting training sessions and capacity-building initiatives.
6. Excellent communication, leadership, and coordination skills.
7. Ability to work under pressure and respond effectively to emergencies.
8. Proficiency in report writing and data analysis.
9. Experience working with humanitarian organizations is an asset.
