Position Title: Digital Marketing and Engagement Officer

Location: Islamabad

Reports to: Manager Communications, Partnerships

Position Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and versatile individual to join our team, combining expertise in marketing, design, and social media engagement. This individual will play a key role in driving brand awareness, creating engaging visual content, and managing social media strategies to boost online presence. If you’re creative, result-oriented, and passionate about all things digital, this is the perfect role for you!

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing:

  • Assist in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns to promote our brand and products.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform marketing strategies.
  • Support email marketing initiatives, including designing templates and analyzing performance metrics.
  • Coordinate promotional activities and events to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with the team to monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

Social Media Engagement:

  • Develop and manage engaging content calendars across multiple social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Create engaging social media posts, stories, and visuals to increase follower engagement and brand presence.
  • Actively engage with audiences on social media platforms, responding to comments, messages, and mentions.
  • Track social media performance and provide regular reports on reach, engagement, and conversions.
  • Collaborate with the team to design paid social media campaigns and influence marketing strategies.

Design:

  • Create high-quality visual assets for both digital and print, including graphics, banners, and infographics, aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Work with the communications team to develop promotional material and campaign visuals.
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends and suggest fresh ideas to enhance our creative outputs.

Required Skills s Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (1-2 years) in marketing, social media management.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.
  • Experience with social media platforms and analytics tools.
  • Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and digital marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • A creative, proactive, and solution-driven mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
