Location Preferences:
- Pakistani living in Denmark
- Alternatively a Pakistani living in Pakistan, but with an extensive experience from working abroad
- Must be fluent in English and Urdu; Danish is also strongly preferred.

The company profile
We are a 5 year old Danish software company which develop and market the electronic marketing software. We have subsidiaries in Denmark, Germany and Holland and employee some 50 employees.
Our Product
is a hosted solution, and it runs in a hosting centre in Copenhagen. Our product this year, for the second year in a row, won the Mittelstand CEBIT prize
The development has from the beginning been outsourced to Pakistan, where currently 15 developers work on the product.
Key technologies include; .net, aspx.net, MSSQL and C#.
Job Description
The development group in Pakistan consists of 3 development teams with each their technically oriented project manager. Each group is engaged with development in different areas of the same product, or add-ons to this.
The Development manager will have the overall responsibility of managing the teams and secure the deliverables made from all projects, thus the project managers will be referring to the development manager. Areas of responsibility include:
Deliverables
- Organisational matters: recruitment of employees, salaries, incentives etc.
- Employee and product planning, supervision and follow up
- Reporting to and coordination with executive management in Denmark
- The development manager refers to the Managing director of Zoomio Software A/S in Denmark.
Location
The development manager should either be expatriated to Pakistan (Islamabad) for a period, or be living in Islamabad.
