Relevant Experience:

  • Drive and Facilitate program risks and issues management in accordance with applicable delivery schedule.
  • Manage Mitigation plans, including implementing various practices and procedures into the client's project environment.
  • Articulate and log Risks and Issues information in an accurate and timely manner
  • Maintain the accuracy and currency of the project risks and issues register
  • Seek and include customer input in the risk management process
  • Address customer expectations in a timely manner
  • Support the project management team in mitigating risks / resolving issues and chasing actions for completeness
  • Prepare status reports for weekly management and executive management meetings.


SKILLS

  • 3-4 year experience within a PMO team, with your background emphasising on Risk Management, Change Control and Quality management.
  • Previous relevant experience working within a consulting environment using PMO methodologies and systems.
  • Experience on working on a large scale client environment and working within a team of at least 25+ members.
  • Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills, with experience of dealing with key stakeholders, Vendors and 3rd Party suppliers.
  • MS Excel, Database ,Large project experience
  • Client Relationship Management Skills
  • Good Communication skills at all organisational levels
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
  • High level problem solving, conceptual and analytical ability
