Law Officer / Assistant Manager Law (01)

QUALIFICATION:

• Minimum LLB Degree from HEC recognized university /
• LLM degree will be given preference.
• Advocate High Court with 03 years of practice experience.

EXPERIENCE:

• 03 years post qualification experience of working with Law department preferably in telecom sector organization or Government Sector organization.
• Experience of working in law department in handling legal correspondence with external stakeholders.
• Must have experience of appearance in Civil courts and High courts.
• Must have sound knowledge of different MS Office tools currently being used for office work.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Assist and coordinate assigned Legal activities, presentation of legal opinions and coordinating representation of the organization in litigation involving telecom sector law and other related areas of law.
• Serves as legal counsel to the organization, advises senior officials in legal matters pertaining to their offices and meeting their fiduciary responsibilities;
• Prepares and presents legal opinions; assists in the representation of the organization in litigation, court hearings and other legal matters.
• Plans and coordinates the Legal Division’s work plans through managing work activities and responsibilities.
• Maintenance of complete track record of court cases/litigations. Represents organization on all legal forums as and when required.

The company offers competitive remuneration package with initial employment contract of three years further renewable for two years up to the age of 60 years.
