Relevant Experience:
• At least 16 year of education or Masters in Business Administration-Finance/Masters in Finance/ ACCA/ ACMA/ CA-Inter (with articleship completed from a Chartered Accountant firm).
• Minimum three (03) years of related experience.
• Specialized knowledge of grant funded agencies and development sector organizations.
• Demonstrate high level of proficiency in financial analysis and report writing.
• Project management skills will be an added advantage.
• Operational understanding along with good problem-solving skills.
• Good interpersonal, relationship management skills, written communication and presentation skills.
• Proven ability of team working skills.
• Should have time management and multi-tasking skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Willing to travel extensively across Pakistan.
Job Description:
• Carry-out audits of organization’s departments and the implementing partners.
• Co-ordinate with other units of the organization for the availability relevant documents and information for the conduction of internal audit.
• Document and record audit procedures duly performed along with supporting evidence.
• Ensure compliance of internal and applicable external policies/procedures during the audit.
• Conduct analysis of financial statements and perform physical verification of projects, evaluation of systems, controls and processes.
• Assist in development, finalization and issuance of periodic reports on a timely basis to the auditees.
• Identify control improvements and recommend corrective actions to the Chief-Internal Audit.
• Ensure tracking, implementation of the agreed control improvements on a timely basis.
