Master Trainer - Plumbing

Job Purpose:  Incumbent shall be responsible to develop session plans, resource material and inculcate required skills in trainees of Plumbing. Also, responsible to maintain trainees’ data, attendance and activity records of the respective batches.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Develop training materials for Plumbig which includes training manuals, training equipment and training schedule.
• Plan and deliver marble shine training to the trainees as per training modules.
• Ensure that training covers important topics, including, introduction to equipment, different Types of equipment, and use of accessories and equipment required for Plumbing.
• Ensure that all required training  materials are available on time during practical training sessions.
• Prepare trainees pre-assessment tools.
• Conduct pre-evaluation and post evaluation tests of the trainees.
• Maintain daily attendance records of trainees.
• Develop weekly and monthly progress reports and share and share with M & E staff.
• Ensure entry of trainees’ data on HF MIS.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by supervisor.

Qualification Requirements:

• Minimum qualification required is matriculation
• At least three years of relevant industrial experience
• Preference will be given to candidates having Diploma in Plumbing from relevant certification Bodies
• Excellent communication skills, both in English and Urdu
