Job Purpose:  The incumbent shall be responsible to develop session plans, inculcate required technical skills through providing theoretical and practical training. He/she will also be responsible to maintain trainees’ data, attendance and activity records of the respective batches.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Conduct regular training sessions of Driving LTV Course, according to the provided modules.
  • Design course content and lesson plans as per need.
  • Provide course content to the trainees.
  • Maintain regular attendance registers for the given classes.
  • Prepare and facilitate conducting Pre, Post and final evaluations of trainees.
  • Prepare and facilitate conducting weekly and monthly assessments.
  • Data management of trainees in MIS, final evaluations, printing and issuing certificates.
  • Maintain hard and soft copies of the documents/ evaluation sheets related to Driving LTV. Facilitate training officer to review trainees attendance and obtain feedback of absentees on daily basis.
  • Prepare trainees for exams and important events.
  • Responsible to manage, coordinate, and provide administrative support to the program team.
  • Any other task assigned by the management.
  • Develop weekly and monthly work plans along with break-up of course content as per approved training schedule/scheme.
  • Facilitate program staff and colleagues in events e.g. certificate distributions ceremonies, awareness sessions, and job fairs.

Qualification Requirements:

  • Candidate should have at least Matriculation in education.
  • Preference will be given to candidates having done Driving Learning Course from any registered institute/organization/Certification body having Course Completion Certificate and Valid Driving Licence.
  • At least 05 years of relevant experience.
  • Sound communication skills, in English, Urdu and khowar Languages.
