Position Objectives:
|
The overall role of the Information Management and Reporting Officer (IM&RO) is to ensure that information required to support SSP is collected, organized, analyzed and disseminated to all relevant stakeholders. She will work closely with PRCS and Norcross team both at provincial and district level for rendering data management and reporting support to School safety program.

Specific Duties, Responsibilities, and Accountabilities

|
Support SSP field staff to collect and ensure consolidate of Baseline/Midline and Edline data of target school communities and analyses of data based on key SSP indicators/targets.
|

|
She will work closely with the SSP teams at Provincial and District branches ensuring that activities are being implemented according to the plan.
|

|
Provide regular project reports as required by the Program Management. Ensure periodical reporting of the progress and documentation of lessons learnt and case studies.
|

|
Ensure effective working relationships with SSP team and other relevant focal persons.
|

|
Prepare regular reports on activities, outputs and outcomes and extract relevant reports as required.
|

|
Make herself familiar with School Safety Framework and guidelines developed by the PRCS, NDMA and other stakeholders for good practices.
|

|
Monitor Programme activities regularly and provide feedback on the gaps identified for the improvement of School Safety Programme
|

|
She will prepare Information, Educational and communication material on School Safety
|

|
Compile the database of SSCs, ERTs and JYC members participating in SSP
|

|
Provide support to PM -SSP in preparing monthly, quarterly and annual reports and monitoring visit reports
|

|
She will be responsible to maintain the record of school safety kits and signing of MoUs with relevant stakeholders
|

|
She will support in the development and printing of School safety plans and Hazard maps
|

|
She will support field staff in the orientation of monitoring and reporting tools
|
14
|
Undertake all such duties and accountabilities not listed above as required based on programmatic needs by the management.
|
Education
|
Masters/ 16 years education in Statistics, Social Science/ Management or in relevant field from HEC recognized Institute / University.
|
Experience
|
Minimum 5 years of working experience relevant to school safety, project management & technical skills on data managements, Management and Information System (MIS) and Monitoring. Strong data management and reporting skills would be required.

Skills/Knowledge
|
- Fluency in spoken and written in Urdu/ Pashtu & English
- Work towards the achievement of PRCS Vision and long-term objectives
- Flexibility to travel to conduct field visits for monitoring and data collection
- Good command on Microsoft Office (word, excel & power point) and SPSS
|
