Relevant Experience:
Minimum two year of proven experience in a position similar to field monitor (FM).Strong background as M&E practitioner, Effective communication skills and public handling, Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point); and Basic knowledge of operating survey application on tablets/smart phones.
Job Description:
(This position is for ) Lahore, Sargodha, Faisalabad, Nankana Sahab, Sheikhupura, Kasoor, Bhakkar, Khushab, Mianwali, Jhang, Chiniot, Tota-Tek Singh, Vehari, Lodhran, Khanewal, Multan, Dera Ghazi Khan, Rajanpur, Muzaffargarh, Sahiwal, Okara, Pak Patan
- Work with the field coordinator and the counterparts to improve the targeting efficiency;
- Develop deep understanding about the Monitoring and Mechanism designed by the surveying organization for the National Roll-out;
- Participate in the two-day training workshop to be organized by the surveying organization at Islamabad in order to understand the entire process of registry especially the component related to M&E;
- Develop his/her itinerary in line with already shared work plans of field teams;
- Monitoring the field and allied activities through spot checks, back checks and field observations;
- Prepare daily, and weekly reports and submit to Divisional M&E Officer; and
- Generate Call for Actions to improve the survey process and ensure the effective compliance.

The salary package will be commensurate with relevance and duration of experience.
