Job Purpose:  The incumbent would be responsible to develop session’s plans, improve trainees Interpersonal and Communication Skills and enrich resource material. He/she will also be responsible to maintain trainee’s data, attendance and activity records of the respective batches.

 Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular session of Interpersonal Personal Communication Skills, according to given module.
  • Design course content as per need.
  • Regular attendance registers maintenance, for the given classes.
  • Prepare and facilitate in conducting Pre, Post and final evaluation papers.
  • Prepare and facilitate weekly, monthly assessment.
  • Maintain hard and soft copies of the documents/evaluation sheets related to Interpersonal Personal Communication Skills.
  •  Facilitate trainees in Job application and CV writing.
  • Counselling for job interviews and links Interpersonal Personal Communication Skills with Hospitality Management Training Program Modules
  • Inform trainees about Exams schedule and important events/Functions etc.
  • Update evaluation sheets/ Marks in MIS on regular basis.
  • Attend regularly fortnight trainer meetings.
  • Facilitation in day-to-day affairs regarding developing reports and compilation of reports for program and projects
  • Facilitate staff and co-workers in regarding Communication and report writing tasks.
  • Responsible to manage, coordinate, and provide administrative support.
  • Any other task assigned by the management.
  • Facilitate program staff and colleagues in events e.g. certificate distributions ceremonies, awareness sessions, and job fairs.

 Qualification Requirements:

  • The candidate should be Masters in Humanities, Social Science, Arts or English Language, Literature from a recognized university.
  • Preference will be given to Master in English Language or Literature
  • At least three years of relevant experience
  • Sound Knowledge of Communication skills and report writing.
  • Motivation and counselling skills
