Job Description:

  • Conduct regular two-hour session of Accommodation Operation & Services, according to the provided module.
  • Design and variant course content in a time of need.
  • The cover provides course content in the given time period of training.
  • Regular attendance registers maintenance, for the given classes.
  • Prepare and facilitate in conducting Pre, Post and final evaluation papers.
  • Prepare Training Plan and share with Training Officer for implementation for Front Office classes under regular Program and Projects.
  • Attend regularly fortnight trainer meetings.
  • Facilitate in exposure visits of trainees to properties.
  • Facilitation and coordination with Co-Trainers over a day to day affairs in training.
  • Data Management in MIS of final Evaluations for concluding and printing certificates.
  • Place Requisitions for material/equipment for Practical sessions.
  • Maintain hard and soft copies of the documents/evaluation sheets related to F&B.
  • Facilitate training officer to review trainee’s attendance and take feedback of absentees on a daily basis.
  • Inform trainees about Exams schedule and important events/Functions etc.
  • Responsible to manage, coordinate, and provide administrative support.
  • Any other task assigned by the management.
  • Develop weekly and monthly work plans along with break-up of course content as per approved training schedule/scheme.
  • Facilitate program staff and colleagues in events e.g. certificate distributions ceremonies, awareness sessions, and job fairs

    Qualification Requirements:

    • At least 14 years of formal education.
    • At least three years of relevant experience preferably in the Hospitality industry.
    • Excellent communication skills in written, spoken and IT.
    • Good practical experience of a well-recognized property.
