Scope of work
Develop and implement a training programme for all PPAF staff on dignity at workplace Orient staff about the existing mechanisms and polices to address workplace conflicts.
Orientation of existing legislation to deal workplace issues
Increase awareness, and practice skills to lead to increasing competency to deal with behavioral changes
Debriefing of HR and senior management with an action plan to further refine strategies to promote respectful workplace.
The scope of work for the assignment will include, but not necessarily be limited to, the following tasks:
Meeting with HR unit and GRO to discuss and plan trainings and its implementation
To prepare relevant training materials and follow up activities to the training
To implement the course including a section on follow up activities after training;
To evaluate the course;
To provide PPAF with a detailed training report along with the action plan to improve working environment;
Deliverables
Pre training assessments and profiling of participants
Training Design
Training Manual in both English and Urdu.
Conduct 7 Training Events for PPAF staff
Debriefing session for senior management
Power point presentations for all topics in English;
The training materials will be divided into folders based on the course topics;
It is a requirement that one (1) complete set of materials including PowerPoint presentation will be sent to HR unit at least 1 week before this course;
It is a requirement that the training material will be distributed to each participant before the training course; It is responsibility of training provider to print, provide photocopy of training materials; and to translate PowerPoint presentations and end - of -course report.
The printed training certificates with the logo of PPAF and the training organization will be required to be distributed by the end of the course;
