Job Description:

Asst. Finance Officer will assist the overall financial management of the Lahore office. The incumbent will assist in dealing with a timely accounting of all transactions, monitoring & reconciliation of financial records.

 

Main Responsibilities:

 

  • · Reporting Stipend payment and reconciliation monthly.  
  • · Payment to vendors and assisting trainees with queries. 
  • · Account Payables and Account Receivables Management. 
  • · Preparing Monthly bank reconciliation. 
  • · Petty cash management. 
  • · Withholding Tax Payment. 
  • · Cash Receipts Management, Journal Vouchers Management 
  • · Bank Payment and Bank Receipt Vouchers Management & delivery.
  • · Management of trainee’s stipend record and stipend disbursement. 
  • · Maintaining new admissions fees and forms record. 
  • · Liaison with the bank regarding withholding tax, salaries, EOBI, bank statement, and Cheque book. 
  • · Proper Documentation of relevant Files accordingly. 
  • · Payment of day to day petty expenses. 
  • · Preparation of daily cash count sheet. 
  • · Updating of hard petty cash vouchers and soft sheet.
