Relevant Experience & Qualification:
The incumbent should have at least Master’s degree in health/social sciences and have at least 05 years relevant experience in M&E functions with national or multinational organizations/ NGOs. He/She should be proficient in English and having capability in developing databases and capacity to analyze and recommend measures for the improvement of the project/Programme.
Job Description:
Develop M&E Plan at provincial level (Province to districts M&E visits) and consolidate the work plan of districts (M&E visits from District to health facilities) in the start of every quarter.

Ensure the quality implementation of the M&E plan in coordination with district teams and head office staff

Provide orientation to district and provincial teams on M&E checklists and its right implementation during M&E visits.

Provide feedback after compilation and analysis of field visit reports on monthly/quarterly basis and present it to field teams and project management for corrective actions.

To review and provide feedback on the consolidated databases such as M&E, LLINs and trainings etc. on regular basis.

To coordinate with M&E team of PR at provincial/national levels for the sharing of work plans and status of implementation on regular basis

Conduct regular visits to the districts and orient district health officials on the status of implementation and ways and means to fill the gaps if any.

Provide M&E related technical inputs for the effective management of medical supplies, stock registers, stock outs, effective implementation of advocacy/BCC activities, DHIS2, ANC-LLINs and effective coverage of health facilities during each quarter.

To prepare M&E tracker based on field observations on monthly basis and share with district teams for effective follow ups and addressal of gaps.

To participate and respond to the queries of provincial MEAL officers of Provincial PR during monthly review meetings.

To effectively participate in PUDR/audits and respond to the quarries of PR related to the implementation status of MCP on regular basis.

To participate in monitoring missions/assessments of PR and provide M&E inputs as and when needed

To participate in Bi-Annual conferences of DHOs and respond to the quarries raised for the effective implementation of MCP in targeted districts. Provide technical input to effectively carry out QRMs and  Bi-Annual Reviews of DHOs.

To assess the quality of trainings for Health Facilities Focal Persons (FFPs) on MCM, UMCM, RDT, Microscopy and MIS and provide feedback to the management team

Any other task assigned by supervisor
