DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Specific duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Assist in routine HR operations, ensuring Compliance with DAI rules and regulations and meeting all requirements and deadlines pertaining to HR in a timely manner.
- Facilitate the recruitment function, job advertisements and organizing resumes, shortlisting, scheduling job interviews and assisting in the interview process.
- Provide administrative support to Human Resource Lead.
- Personnel file management ensure all documentation is complete. Update personnel files and other related HR documents.
- Collecting employment and educational information.
- Ensuring background and reference checks are completed.
- Orienting new employees to the organization (setting up a designated log-in, workstation, email address, etc.)
- Processing of staff time sheets and update of leave tracker.
- Maintaining records related to grievances, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration / HR.
- Proficient in using MS office computer application.
- Minimum (3-4) years of work experience in HR is required, preferably with development sector.
- Experience of dealing with documentation and streamlining process.
- Hands-on experience with an HRIS or HRMS and familiarity with resume databases
- Basic knowledge of labor laws
- Excellent organizational skills
- Attention to detail and ability to follow up on tasks to completion.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to deal with diverse staff.
- Able to prioritize and plan work activities as to use time efficiently
- Organized, accurate, thorough, and able to monitor work for quality
- Dependable, able to follow instructions, respond to management direction, and must be able to improve performance through management feedback
