Job Description

• Ensure compliance to the systems (policies, processes, procedures and tools) by Partner Organizations for effective management of Interest Free Loan portfolio under the program.
• Coordinate with Partner Organizations to ensure enhanced accessibility of services and management of quality Interest Free Loan portfolios.
• Ensure timely and accurate progress reporting by Partner Organizations through organization's MIS.
• Interest Free Loan portfolio management (related to programs target areas) with Partner Oragnizations.
• Ensure mitigation of operational risk in overall Interest Free Loan operations adhering to compliance standards in line with organizations policy frameworks and guidelines.
• Set targets for outreach, scale, portfolio quality, employee productivity, and Partner Oragnization management.
• Conduct orientation session and capacity building of Partner Oraganization staff.

Qualification & Experience

• AT LEAST 16 YEARS OF EDUCATION OR MASTERS IN SOCIAL SCIENCES AND RELEVANT DISCIPLINES / PROJECT MANAGEMENT/MASTERS IN BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION / MASTERS IN PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION FROM A HEC RECOGNIZED INSTITUTE.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Interest Free or Microfinance/Banking sector.
• Excellent communication and report writing skills.
• Strong team player.
• Experience of oversight, management and coordination with external stakeholder and clients.
• Willing to travel extensively in field across Pakistan.
