Job Profile:

This is one of the very important roles in the company business promoting the company image, building existing partnerships and attracting new customer base. The person will closely work with the assignment coordinator and manager operations under the overall guidance of the senior management. The role is particularly responsible for the overall design, development and final presentation of all creative works under the company’s portfolio. This position is required to work collaboratively with various teams across the  business for preparing, designing and creatively projecting the company's projects, facilities and services. The Individual for the post should be aware of updated graphic and video editing software with exceptional creativity and agility to deliver demanding but time pressed tasks.

Key Responsibilities

The key responsibilities for the post are as follow

  • Coordinates all aspects of creative productions including preparing final designs for presentation, checking and approving colour, copy, text format separations, and scaling images for print production.
  • Illustrates the material for Effective Information, Education and Communication Material.
  • Prepares illustrations and rough sketches for final designs and applications.
  • Creates short audio/video packages from existing still/motion resources and recording new ones if needed.
  • Prepares layouts, designs, art works, illustrations, audio-visual products and formats for use in publication and /or exhibition designs
  • Creates the vision for brands across collections, projects, programs, products and channels.
  • Developing concepts for graphics designs for new collection launches and support with print production when required.
  • Working closely with the team to ensure the timely printing of all marketing material.
  • Creates email templates, MS Office templates and newsletters when required.
  • Develops social media content related to company business.
  • Creating high specification business documentation when required e.g. graphics for annual report, job adverts, proposals, reports, books, etc.
  • Ensures compliance with design, brand, legal and/or accessibility standards and requirements.
  • Creates concepts, designs, and oversees production of highly complex and integrated visual/technical solutions.
  • Designs for digital elements, to include video editing and gif creation.
  • Design logos, company profiles, team profiles, web & social media content, printed marketing material.
  • Assist with video production, editing and final playbacks.
  • Perform any other tasks given by the supervisor.


  • Graphic Design Degree or 4+ years of design experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree.
  • Excellent skills in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign and Adobe Premier.


  • Expert skills in print and traditional media channels and digital channel technologies including graphic design for digital platforms.
  • Flexible in terms of working hours and ready to collaborate according to global time zones.
  • Expert knowledge of relevant design tools e.g. Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite etc. as well as video editing and use of video editing software.
  • Experience in the creation of Gifs
  • Self‐motivated, accountable, and able to work well with a diverse group of people.
  • Portfolio that represents a strong sense of typography, range of design styles, diversity of projects, and a clear personal aesthetic.
  • Ability to think strategically and redefine problems rather than executing on solutions
  • Proven track record working with internal design team and agencies to elevate the quality, creativity and deliverables developed
  • Strong point of view on creative ideas and ability to promote conceptual thinking among team 
  • Outstanding team player; excellent collaboration skills
  • Organised, detail‐oriented self‐starter that can juggle/manage multiple projects and work tight deadlines with attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate graphic design concepts to Marketing & Sales.
  • Experience in facilitation and/or storytelling.
  • Enjoy working in a team and closely with a number of internal stakeholders, but equally can be self‐disciplined on solo projects.
