Job Description:
Job Purpose: The incumbent will be responsible to develop trainees’ abilities for creative expression in visual term and boost appealing sense. He/she will also be responsible to maintain trainee’s data, attendance, and activity records of the respective batches under the supervision of Project Manager.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
Should provide training on
- Deliver online & face to face training on small scale eatery business - establishing & running (as mentioned in curriculum), such as conference bridge scheduling, data input, answering event audience member inquiries, location design edits and custom reports generation
- Plan, prepare & provide/conduct online sessions, prepare & topic wise videos & handouts.
- Conduct & maintain record of attendance quizzes, discussions, assignments, presentations, and field projects as will be guided by Quality Assurance Department.
- Facilitate trainees in developing connections, collaborations & partnerships to start & run business.
- Demonstrate interest in travel

Qualification and experience
- Bachelor Degree in with at least 3 years teaching experience.
- Active and having good sense of humour to motivate adults for learning and change behaviour.
- Ability to cultivate creativity in trainees.
- At least 3 years of experience in relevant field.
- Familiar with modern technology
