Purpose of the Post:

Communication is an integral part of today's busy world; effective communication is paramount in getting our messages across to the public. The incumbent will be responsible for maximizing the outreach of organizations development programme. The incumbent will assist team lead in conceptualizing and implementing the organization’s internal and external communications. The incumbent also creates original written and visual content for a wide variety of audiences (internal/external), and publishing platforms (news releases, Internet/Intranet, video, social media, digital signage, email, presentations, reports, etc.), along with assisting in audio-visual (A/V) equipment/systems installation, operation and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day internal and external communications and profiling initiatives of the organization.
• Develop and edit marketing and communications materials, including press releases, blog posts and social media content.
• Develop and disseminate case studies, success stories, brochures, documentaries etc. about various programs and sharing it widely with beneficiaries, donors, global offices, media and other relevant fora as per requirement.
• Identify target audiences for communication purpose.
• Promote communications and marketing materials through appropriate social channels.
• Maintain digital media archives including photos and videos.
• Assist Team Lead for maintaining a strong brand for the organization, including impactful publications, online channels of internal and external communications.
• Work with line manager to conceptualize and implement communications strategies, run social media campaigns and update website.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

• 1. Good Designing Skills. These include (but not limited to) Graphic Designing and layouts.
  2. Knowledge of designing infographics.
  3. Videography and video editing.
  4. Excellent knowledge of social media, social media feeds and social media campaigns.
