 QUALIFICATION:

  • 04 Years Bachelor degree of Engineering in Telecom/Electronics/Electrical

                                                               OR

  • Master degree in Telecom/Electronics/Electrical Engineering or Engineering Management degree along-with Bachelor of Engineering degree as noted above.
  • The degree(s) attained will be from national or international university / institute accredited by HEC. Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration is a must.
  • With Master degree, Minimum 08 years of experience of Quality Assurance & Monitoring of telecom networks covering either BSS and Transmission (MW, OF and VSAT) or RF (Drive testing & Optimization) of 2G, 3G and 4G (LTE) networks.

  • With Bachelor degree, Minimum 10 years of experience of Quality Assurance & Monitoring of telecom networks covering either BSS and Transmission (MW, OF and VSAT) or RF (Drive testing & Optimization) of 2G, 3G and 4G (LTE) networks

EXPERIENCE:

  • Expert level understanding of ICT/Telecom projects quality assurance, monitoring and lifecycle support.
  • Expert level understanding of mobile networks, microwave backhaul, fiber optic, transmission and distribution systems, data networks.
  • Experience of integrating technology-based activities into corporate strategy.
  • Proven track record of leading teams in Quality Assurance and Monitoring of telecom networks, system development and synchronization.
  • Experience of nurturing effective relationship with key stakeholders including government and telecom players of the market.
  • Expert level understanding of 2G, 3G and 4G (LTE) networks and backhaul technologies.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • To plan and supervise monitoring visits to various USF projects and to provide input to CQA & M for hiring of external teams and security agencies to help in completion of various monitoring activities in a timely and professional manner.
  • To lead Monitoring teams to accomplish annual targets and assigned KPIs for monitoring of RAN, RF,
  • Broadband, Optical Fiber and other networks or platforms.
  • To lead and supervise hiring process, including but not limited to oversee the RFP & TOR, for hiring of monitoring Auditors for various projects.
  • To launch new Quality Assurance & Monitoring mechanism in line with the policy and vision of the company.
  • To lead the monitoring team and assure the timely initiation and payment of OPEX cases.
  • To supervise the liaison process with Service Provider POCs for timely monitoring visits and removal of snags reported in monitoring visits.
  • To Prepare Impact Analysis reports of various projects.
  • To assess training needs of Quality Assurance & amp; monitoring department staff and recommend them for training.
