IT Officer (01 Position)

QUALIFICATION:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering / Computer System Engineering.
• Relevant IT / Network Certifications will be preferred.

EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum 1 year of post qualification experience of System/Network Administration, Computer Systems SW and HW in IT Dept. of a reputable Organization.        

JOB DESCRIPTION:

To assist in:

• Administer IT infrastructure of USF Office that consists of computer terminals (laptops / desktops), Network management (LAN, WAN, Firewall and WiFi Network).
• Responding to faults and taking corrective actions, communication and engagement with services providers.
• Assist Manager IT in managing Servers Hardware, Software and Services of USF Office that consists of MS HyperV, Domain, Auth, e-Office, Email etc.
• Maintenance of IT infrastructure computer terminals, laptops, telephone exchange, photocopiers, printers, Faxes and other IT infrastructure equipment.
• Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
