Duration: Three Months


  • Facilitate and coordinate with Lead trainer in conducting regular 4-5-hour online session of Dress Making through provided medium, according to given curriculum.
  • Facilitate Lead trainer in designing and variant course content/curriculum in time of need.
  • Maintain regular online attendance registers, for the allocated class.
  • Conduct online sessions in absence of Lead Trainer.
  • Facilitate project team in making sure of selected trainees’ participation in online classes.
  • Prepare and facilitate Lead Trainer in conducting Pre, Post, and final evaluation papers.
  • Attend trainer refresher meetings and workshops.
  • Facilitation in day to day affairs regarding developing reports and compilation of reports of the project.
  • Supervise trainees of the allotted class and coordinate for daily basis about session planning and collection of reports.
  • Facilitate QA team in assessments and tools required to main quality of the project.
  • Facility Training Officer in mobilization in camps (if needed).  
  • Maintain hard and soft copies of the documents/evaluation sheets related to Dress Making.
  • Visit trainee camps in required to making them understand in full context if needed.
  • Facilitate Lead Trainer to review trainee’s attendance and take feedback of absentees on daily basis through calls to trainees and visiting their camps if needed.
  • Make calls and follow ups to trainees who remain absent for sessions.
  • Inform trainees about assessment schedule (if any) and important events/Functions etc.
  • Facilitate Lead Trainer in updating evaluation sheets/ Marks in MIS on regular basis.
  • Responsible to manage, coordinate, and provide administrative support to the project team.
  • Any other task assigned by the management.
  • Report to Lead trainer and Training officer for daily activities and update accordingly if any issue arises.

Qualification Requirements:

  • Preferably bachelor’s degree in Dress Design/ Textile/ Fashion Design from a recognized university.
  • At least three years of relevant practical experience in industry.
  • Sound Knowledge over Communication skills and report writing.
  • Preference shall be given to a person who has remained as a trainer for TEVT industry.
  • Candidate should be bi lingual, preferably Pashto speaking
