Job Description:

  • Provide technical support to partner organizations in effective implementation of the program interventions.
  • Review and analyze program related documents and reports, maintain a reference system for these documents, follow up on future programmes and action.
  • Develop capacity building plans of Partner Organization staff.
  • Ensure timely and accurate progress reporting from the assigned Partner Organization through MIS.
  • Ensure Partner Organization staff is fully oriented about effective use of MIS and all progress data is submitted via MIS.
  • Ensure full compliance to PIM by the assigned Partner Organizations in all project interventions as per the processes outlined in the PIM.
  • Ensure Prior review of Livelihood Investment Plans as well as other planning/design related documents (e.g. training module, IEC material etc.) of programme interventions in line with the processes defined in Programme Implementation Manual (PIM).
  • Develop and conduct presentations/ learning sessions for Partner Organizations to build their capacity on Programme interventions.
  • Review statement of expenditure (SOE) and ensure disbursement of funds to partner organizations.
  • Collect case studies of programme beneficiaries from Partner Organizations for dissemination to stake holders.
  • Conduct effective and timely monitoring of the Partner Organizations and develop monitoring reports for management.


Relevant Experience:

  • At least 16 years of education or Masters in Social Sciences and relevant disciplines / Project Management/Masters in
  • Business Administration / Masters in Public Administration or relevant discipline from a HEC recognized institution.
  • Min. 1 year of experience in project management and monitoring of livelihoods related projects including
  • asset transfer programs.
  • Experience of handling community trainings and technical vocational education.
  • Experience in social mobilization and capacity building
  • Well versed with MS Office and use of MS Excel or any other data analysis software.
  • Have good skills in preparing presentation on Power Point
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of any local language will be considered as an asset.
  • Partner Organization relationship management skills.
  • Good understanding of Skill Development and Employment in the rural context.
  • Excellent report writing skills.
  • Experience and skills in coordination and relationship management
  • Willing to travel extensively in field across Pakistan.
