Trainer Professional Cooking (Female)

Job Purpose:  The incumbent would be responsible to develop session’s plans, improve trainees cooking and baking skills and enrich resource material. She will also be responsible to maintain trainee’s data, attendance, and activity records of the respective batches.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Conduct regular session of Cooking and Baking, according to the provided module and timetable.
• Design course content as per need.
• Cover provide course content in the given time period of trainings.
• Regular attendance registers maintenance, for the given classes.
• Prepare and facilitate in conducting Pre, Post and final evaluation papers.
• Prepare and facilitate in conducting weekly, monthly assessment.
• Prepare Training Plan and share with Training Officer for implementation Cooking and Baking classes under Projects.
• Attend regularly fortnight trainer meetings.
• Facilitation and coordination with Project Coordinator over day-to-day affairs in trainings
• Data Management in MIS of final Evaluations for concluding and printing certificates
• Place Requisitions for material/equipment for Practical sessions
• Maintain stock and files for inventory receiving in Cooking and Baking Lab.
• Maintain list of equipment’s and usage in the Cooking and Baking Lab.
• Maintain hard and soft copies of the documents/evaluation sheets related to Cooking Facilitate training officer to review trainee’s attendance and take feedback of absentees on daily basis.
• Inform trainees about Exams schedule and important events/Functions etc.
• Responsible to manage, coordinate, and provide administrative support.
• Any other task assigned by the management.
• Develop weekly and monthly work plans along with break-up of course content as per approved training schedule/scheme.
• Facilitate program staff and colleagues in events e.g. certificate distributions ceremonies, awareness sessions, and job fairs.

Qualification Requirements:

• The Candidate should have at least 16 years of education
• At least three years of relevant industrial experience
• IT expertise and online examination knowledge
• Excellent communication skills, both in English and Urdu
