Vacancy Announcement for Field Monitors and Quality Assurance Officers in Karachi and Quetta

A well-established national level not-for-profit organization is looking for enthusiastic/energetic candidate for the following position.

Education

Master’s Degree in Social Sciences, Management, Anthropology

Experience

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the social sector for field monitoring, data collection and data management

Job Requirements

•    Three to Five years of experience of field monitoring
•    Knowledge and understanding of different field situations
•    Ability to synthesize complex information and communicate it effectively to diverse audience
•    Excellent oral communication skills
•    Good knowledge of programme implementation
•    Good knowledge and experience regarding health and immunization
•    Proficiency in MS-Excel and Office
•    Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
•    Willing to travel independently and work in field for extension hours (as and when required)

Major Terms of Reference

•    Implement monitoring and evaluation plan for project on health and immunization;
•    Ensure alignment of CSOs/NGOs project implementation with project objectives, goals;
•    Prepare monthly field monitoring plan in accordance with CSOs implementation plan;
•    Conduct planned and random field monitoring visits to project areas;
•    Generate monthly indicator reports for tracking progress against key performance indicators;
•    Conduct field visits for data validation;
•    Monitor the quality and completeness of data and activities;
•    Ensure timely compilation and reporting of data;
•    Capture and document lessons learned and best practices;
•    Provide technical leadership and support to project and partner staff in planning and implementing of project;
•    Offer support to partner for data compilation and reporting;
•    Take high resolution pictures of field activities; and
•    Maintain database of all kinds of data, reports, pictures and other project documents.
