The incumbent will focus on raising brand awareness & will contribute to achieving the set targets and objectives of the program through marketing communications. The incumbent will promote the vocational & professional training programs among potential youth and public & private organizations.

Responsibilities & Duties:

General Responsibilities:

  • Act as a marketing consultant to bring attention and solutions to organizational priorities.
  • Prepare & share monthly progress report as per set timelines.
  • Monitor and report on coverage and impact.

Market Research:

  • Plan and conduct marketing research for identification of employable skills training and improve the current training programs.
  • Carry out competitor analysis and market intelligence quarterly & biannually and develop a plan of action to address the gaps.
  • Develop database of potential organizations and coordinate with their training department to market the customized/tailor-made training.
  • The incumbent must work in close coordination with Admission & job Placement Cell.


  • Develop & implement the social marketing campaigns for skills development, professional development training & professional award programs. 
  • Coordinating & communicating with other development & social network, key decision makers & stakeholders for attracting and gripping new projects.
  • Designing, development & execution of marketing plan to promote the approved training.
  • To develop ATL, BTL marketing campaigns and micro segment marketing for vocational Training.
  • Prepare marketing plan & financial budget to achieve the desired outcome.
  • Implement marketing and communication activities as directed to promote a range of Training.


  • Lead on the content of the organization’s public-facing website or portal as part of the organization’s digital overhaul, manage a website to make regular updates.
  • Manage the organization’s social media presence in the targeted area.
  • Lead on the production of the organization’s Annual Review and other marketing materials as agreed and required.
  • The Incumbent is responsible to develop and design the content for effective communication.
  • The Incumbent is responsible to handle all the social media platforms for the organization.
  • Manage relations with external communications and marketing suppliers, e.g. web development, creative, design and print agencies.
  • The Incumbent is responsible to advertise for the relevant programs on all platforms i.e. social media & print media.


  • Attend trainees and facilitate their needs concerning admissions, counseling, and training.
  • Responding to admissions inquiries via Phone, email, and monitor the flow of outgoing calls and keep the management informed on a regular basis.
  • Develop and maintain the necessary documentation and record of all project activities.
  • Establish and maintain an informational, active communication system with walking clients, trainees, and staff.
  • Update all of trainee’s basic data on relevant portals and MIS.
  • Participates as an active member of the admission & marketing team, participates in the development and implementation of enrolment strategies; compiles data for reports; maintains calendar; processes applications (trainees and staff); schedules appointments, and maintains important records
  • Develop and maintain a database of potential trainees, walking customers, and all staff members’ names, addresses, telephone, and mobile numbers, and keep the list updated for necessary follow-up.
  • Brief and counsel prospective applicants about the admission process of desired training.
  • Giving campus tours, arrange a meeting with the relevant department to materialize the admission/intake
  • Exercise professional inputs and initiatives to make recommendations for continual process improvement.
  • Exhibit excellence in customer service by providing the ability to resolve serious complaints, maintain key relationships, adjust, develop and foster the healthy environment
  • Ensure that the notice boards are updated to reflect the current training and necessary information

Any other task assigned by the management.

Qualifications & Competencies Required:

  • MBA in Marketing, Communication or Training & Development.
  • Minimum 3 years significant proven marketing & communication experience.
  • Proven public and media relations experience will be preferable.
  • Good knowledge of website development & use of the latest social media
  • Requires excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to effectively work under tight deadlines and manage projects independently.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure and in challenging environment.
