Relevant Experience:

 

  • Minimum of sixteen years of Education.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in NGO/ Hospitality training institute.
  • Good communication skills, problem-solving skills, community mobilization skills and sound IT skills are essential.

JOB PURPOSE:

The incumbent would be responsible for the administration of training, supervise trainers, monitor the trainees, make sure to follow the training Curriculum and day to day affairs, and ensure accurate maintenance of data for trainees.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Extend support and facilitation to Sr. Training Officer to achieve the project’s set outcomes/deliverables.
  • Manage and conduct training orientation sessions and develop its materials including training schedule and work plan.
  • Monitor and manage the training of staff & volunteers to produce desired results and make efforts to develop a professional pool of visiting instructors and volunteers.
  • Keep and maintain the relevant records including attendance of trainees, trainers, visit reports, trainee’s documents, stipend records, results of internal and external exams and reports.
  • Review, understand and ensure the proper implementation of the set policies, procedures, rules of business and standards for the smooth management of projects.
  • Conduct regular meetings with trainers and project staff to review progress, develop action plans and manage follow-ups.
  • Develop weekly and monthly work plans along with break-up of course content as per approved training schedule/scheme.
  • Coordinate and manage parents/guardian, trainers and trainee’s day to day affairs at the training center and resolve with.
  • Maintain/update office files & necessary resource material and documentation following HF established standard procedures
  • Assure timely reporting (weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual – both qualitative & quantitative & need basing).
  • Any other tasks are given from time to time.
