Purpose of the Job
|
The role of Admin Officer is to assist Deputy Secretary Admin in all admin, logistic and inventory functions. He/She will also play an active role in the design and updating of admin, logistic and inventory tools.

Functions & Responsibilities:
|
- Inventory and Stock Management of the PRCS PHQ KP and District Branches.
- Vehicle/Fleet Management at PHQ and District Branch level.
- Ensure proper archiving of all documents related to utilities, stock, inventories, vehicles, buildings & warehouses and other relevant items.
- Repair and maintenance of buildings, electronics and other fixtures.
- Maintenance of utilities
- Make sure that all requisite protocols related to Governance and other designated Official visits are implemented.
- Make sure that the Security Risk Management protocols are being followed both at office and field level.
- Make sure that appropriate record related to Guests, Volunteers and Visitors IN-OUT is maintained on daily basis.
- Maintain green offices/spaces within the office buildings.
- Sign and maintain rental agreements and contracts for fuel, travelling and transportation of goods.
- Facilitate the Management in organizing the meetings and events.
- Supervise/coordinate drivers, sweeper and security guards and ensure their monthly duty rosters.

Eligibility Criteria
|
Education
|
- Minimum Graduation
- Specialized Training - Management, Administration, HRM, or any other training considered relevant for the position.
- Active affiliations – membership of recognized Industry or Professional Organizations
|
Experience
|
- At least 10 years of post-qualification experience in HR/Administration including a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role is highly desirable.
|
Competencies
|
- Demonstrated experience in admin, logistic and office procurement;
- Proven experience of designing, and implementing admin, logistic tools;
- Experienced in EOBI, employee health insurance and provident fund schemes;
- Understanding of the relevant technology, procedures, practices, acts and regulations and processes;
- Expert in employment law and employee relations and communication;
- Mature, credible, and comfortable in dealing with senior management, line agencies, general public and other stakeholders;
- Empathic communicator, able to see things from the other person's point of view
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Good health, allow to work long and irregular hours (when required).
- Must have good knowledge of MS WORD, EXCEL, POWER POINT

Salary
|
Fixed monthly salary between PKR 55,000/- to 60,000/-
|
