Job Description – Pakistan’s leading online skills education provider is expanding and we would like to welcome the top-notch Sales Executives in our team.

As a Sales Executive, you will be required to do dialing to potential clients, providing them solutions, and solving their problems telephonically & face to face, where needed, in addition you will be required to hire, train and manage the Sales Team.

As a high-performing Sales Executive, you will be required to help meet the customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping the company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those plans to the upper management.

Excellent communication skills with superior people skills are a must. You will be presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with any complaints and doubts with rebuttals.


  • Achieving growth and hit the sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
  • Planning to ensure achievement of team and personal target, aligning with company sales policies and strategies
  • Manage, develop, coach, control and motivate the sales representatives to develop their skill to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and monthly sales target and KPI target are met
  • Assess the strengths and weaknesses of the sales team and manage the sales program accordingly
  • Provide on-ground support for sales associates as they generate leads and close new deals
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
  • Ensuring you are meeting your KPIs & helping achieve team’s collective KPIs
  • Any other task assigned by the line manager 

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Proven & impressive sales experience
  • Portfolio of targets, KPIs achieved
  • Familiarity with web publications
  • Excellent writing and editing skills in English
  • Hands-on experience with customer satisfaction, online & offline industries
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • BA, BSc, or related field


  • PKR 50,000 Per Month (Negotiable)
  • Monday to Saturday
  • 20 Paid Holidays Each Year
