Job Description:

• Planning and conducting Marketing Visits to doctors, clinics, labs and other associated set-up(s) after approval from Manager Outreach
• Collection, collation, organizing and maintaining doctor’s data received from collection points on monthly basis.
• Preparing and submitting visit reports to Manager Outreach on daily basis.
• Compiling and presenting doctors/clinics feedback.
• Provision of marketing material/inventory items after approval from Manager Outreach.
• Planning, advising and organizing displays of marketing material in relevant areas.
• Attending marketing meetings, compiling and forwarding minutes of meetings to all concerned.
• Patient increase/Growth of the assigned cluster
• Revenue increase/Growth of the assigned cluster
• Achieve Budget/Targets of the assigned cluster
• Assisting Marketing section in designated panel’s visiting
• Assisting Marketing section in referral points/projects as and when detailed.
• Increase in referring Doctors in hospitals of the assigned Cluster
• New Panels, RCs and Retail Panel Recoveries
• Patient Satisfaction Observations/Complaints
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Manager Outreach/Management
