Job Opportunities with CGPH-Pakistan: Family Planning Survey in Sindh

CGPH-Pakistan is excited to announce the opening of three contractual positions for the upcoming Family Planning Survey in all 30 districts of Sindh. We are looking for dedicated and experienced individuals to join our team. The fieldwork will commence on 1st August and will last for approximately 2 months.

 

Available Positions:

 

1- TEAM LEADER (TL)

The Team Leader will be responsible for:

  • Prepared day-wise field plan with the support of District Coordinator.
  • Ensure to achieved daily targets and tasks of data collection
  • Leading the assessment of assigned health facilities and conducting interviews with HCPs.
  • Assigning and distributing daily tasks among team members and providing support.
  • Supervising and providing on site support and resolve their challenges.
  • Sharing daily progress on targets and achievements with District Coordinator.
  • Performing any additional tasks as assigned.

 

QUALIFICATION: MBBS / Nurse preferably female

EXPERIENCE: Experience of Interviews and familiar with tech or use of application

2- INTERVIEWER / ENUMERATOR

The Interviewer / Enumerator will be responsible for:

  • Collecting data as per the assignments given by the TL.
  • Achieving daily targets and reporting to the TL.
  • Immediately reporting any field challenges to the TL or another senior.
  • Interviewer / Enumerator make sure the environment for Data collection should be comfortable, respectful.
  • Interviewer / Enumerator will be responsible for all the materials provided by the organization (Devices, stationary, filled/ blank Questionnaires etc) and She / He will be responsible for his own belongings.
  • Interviewer / Enumerator should not share personal information, cell phone numbers and any personal item.
  • Interviewer / Enumerator will not be authorized to take-pictures of member of the and not record any voice.
  • Interviewer / Enumerator should complete his daily assigned number of interviews
  • Performing any given tasks as assigned

 

QUALIFICATION: LHV / Community Midwife / pharma / Graduate in Social Sciences

EXPERIENCE: Experience of MNCH, FP, or relevant medical services. Familiar with use of application

3- FIELD MONITOR

The Field Monitor will be responsible for;

  • Develop a detailed field plan in coordination with the assessment management team.
  • Conduct regular field visits to observe and evaluate the data collection process.
  • Conduct all monitoring activities align with the overall assessment plan and time lines.
  • Monitor the quality of data being collected by reviewing completed questionnaires and data.
  • Ensure that the assessment teams adhere to the established protocols and guidelines.
  • Identify and report any inconsistencies or errors in data collection to the management team promptly.
  • Provide on-the-spot feedback and support to field staff to address any issues or challenges they encounter.
  • Report, recommend or conduct refresher sessions to field staff as needed to ensure high-quality data collection.
  • Communicate findings from monitoring activities to the assessment management team regularly.
  • Prepare and submit monitoring report of field visits, highlighting observations, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with field staff and management to implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Identify any challenges and logistical or operational issues that may arise during the assessment activities.
  • Ensure that all assessment activities comply with ethical standards and guidelines.
  • Monitor for any breaches of protocol or ethical issues and report them immediately.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of all monitoring activities as per requirement.
  • Perform any additional tasks assigned by the assessment management team to support the successful completion of the assessment.

 

QUALIFICATION: Masters in Social Sciences

EXPERIENCE: Monitoring experience with particular to survey or assessment
