Quality Officer
Normeca International AS is seeking a meticulous and experienced Quality Officer to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance within our Mobile Medical Units (MMUs) operating in the rural areas of Pakistan. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and following up on the MMUs' services and operations in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
•Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards within the MMUs.
•Conduct regular audits and inspections of MMU operations, patient care, and staff performance.
•Monitor and analyze quality metrics to identify areas for improvement in MMU services.
•Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives for the MMUs.
•Provide training and education to MMU staff on quality standards and best practices.
•Investigate and resolve quality-related issues and complaints in the field.
•Maintain accurate and detailed records of quality assurance activities and findings related to the MMUs.
•Prepare and present quality reports to management.
•Stay updated with the latest developments in healthcare quality standards and regulations.
•Foster a culture of continuous improvement and patient safety within the MMUs.
Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, quality management, or a related field.
•Proven experience as a Quality Officer or in a similar quality assurance role in healthcare.
•Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, quality standards, and best practices.
•Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
•Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
•Proficiency in English is mandatory.
•Willingness to work in non-standard conditions in rural areas and travel to various field locations.
