Job Overview

We looking for a skilled and experienced Head of Marketing. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing the company’s entire marketing function including the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, customer acquisition, and business growth. The Head of Marketing will lead a team of marketing professionals, working closely with senior leadership to ensure marketing initiatives align with the company’s goals and vision. This role requires a deep understanding of digital and traditional marketing strategies, excellent team leadership, and the ability to innovate in a rapidly changing market environment.

Experience: 15+ years leading marketing for luxury real estate developments or multinational corporations. Proven ability to craft high-impact marketing campaigns and establish strong brand positioning.

Education: MBA with specialization in Marketing, Brand Management, or Digital Marketing from reputable institutes.

Responsibilities:

• Develop a world-class marketing strategy
• Spearhead multi-channel campaigns using cutting-edge digital, social media, print, and experiential marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with revenue objectives.
• Utilize AR/VR technology for immersive marketing experiences and property showcases.
• Establish thought leadership by hosting global forums, webinars, and panel discussions on urban innovation and real estate development.

KPIs:

• Achieve 50% market share in South Punjab region within two years.
• 30% YoY increase in digital engagement and lead conversion rates.
• High retention of marketing-generated leads into closed sales.
