Media & Design Officer
(Female)

A large public sector organization is seeking a creative and highly skilled professional for the following position:

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Communication Design, Marketing, or a related field.
• Additional certifications in digital marketing or multimedia design will be an advantage.

Professional Experience:

• Proven experience as a Creative Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing design projects across digital and print media.
• Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and other relevant design tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop engaging pages, posts, and applications tailored to the target audience across various platforms.
• Create high-quality graphics, visuals, and videos to support marketing campaigns, events, and other organizational needs.
• Write, create, and vet website content, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with the organization’s objectives.
• Monitor, manage, and optimize the company’s website and social media platforms to enhance audience engagement.
• Ensure all online content complies with the company’s branding guidelines, image, and communication standards.

• Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices to drive engagement and visibility.
• Excellent aesthetic judgment with the ability to design visually compelling content.
• Strong verbal, non-verbal, and written communication skills for effective storytelling and brand representation.
• Excellent presentation skills with the ability to showcase creative concepts clearly and persuasively.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.

Preferred Attributes:

• Experience in video editing and animation tools.
• Familiarity with UI/UX principles for website and application design.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices for content optimization.
