Job Summary:

We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Master Trainer to lead a six-month cooking training program. The trainer will be responsible for maintaining an effective learning environment and training participants in culinary skills. The trainer will follow the organization curriculum, covering both theoretical and practical components. The trainer will conduct four-hour classes daily, five days a week, ensuring the completion of total credit hours. The ideal candidate should possess in-depth knowledge of culinary arts, food safety, and kitchen management. They should demonstrate expertise in practical cooking techniques, training management, and trainee evaluation. The trainer must be proficient in various teaching techniques to accommodate different learning styles.

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop lesson plans and conduct training sessions, including practical cooking demonstrations.
  • Maintain a conducive learning environment and effectively deliver training content.
  • Train trainees on modern kitchen equipment.
  • Assess trainee performance and engagement, providing feedback and support.
  • Equip trainees with skills in food preparation, presentation, and hygiene standards.
  • Provide access to online learning platforms such as YouTube for additional culinary resources.
  • Address participant questions and concerns, ensuring clarity on training topics.
  • Prepare and distribute presentation materials, handouts, and other training resources.
  • Collect participant feedback and integrate improvements into future training sessions.
  • Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all training interactions.
  • Develop reports on the completion of each training module

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in culinary arts, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in professional cooking with a focus on modern culinary techniques.
  • Demonstrated experience in designing and delivering training sessions, workshops, or presentations.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex culinary concepts.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to foster engaging discussions and interactions.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to facilitate engaging discussions and interactions among participants.
