DW Akademie is seeking an AI & Moodle eLearning Expert Trainer to train IT staff and managers from our partner organizations in Pakistan. The participants have developed a Moodle-based eLearning platform for journalists and now aim to integrate AI-driven solutions.

Scope of Work & Training Timeline:

The engagement will span 10 days in total, broken down as follows:

• 2 days: Needs assessment & coordination with trainees
• 2 days: Training preparation
• 3 days: Live training (half-day sessions spread over six 1-2 weeks)
• 3 days: Post-course support & reporting to DW Akademie (Hourly count spread over a month)

Key Training Areas:

The trainer will guide participants in:

1. AI-Powered Course Assistants & Chatbots – Developing course-specific AI mentors, feedback systems, and chatbots.
2. Advanced Search & Research Integration – Extending search capabilities to external AI-powered resources.
3. Multi-AI System Integration – Combining multiple AI platforms for optimized learning responses.
4. Immersive Learning with AI – Using visual AI, audio AI, VR/AR for interactive education.
5. Accessibility & Inclusive Learning – AI tools for learners with disabilities.
6. AI-Generated Summaries & Transcriptions – Automating lecture summaries and transcriptions for accessibility.
7. AI-Powered Translation & Multilingual Support – Adapting content for global audiences.
8. Gamification & Personalized Quizzes – Enhancing engagement through AI-driven assessments.
9. AI-Based Tracking & Monitoring – Cheating detection (facial recognition, gaze tracking, keystroke dynamics) and student engagement analysis.
10. Automated Performance Reporting – AI-generated analytics on student progress and dropout risks.
11. Creating Manuals & Custom GPTs – The underlying model could be the same as a chatbot but may offer a broader range of applications.
12. Developing an AI Assistant for Outreach & SEO – Similar to YouTube’s Brainstorm tool for creators, creating an AI assistant tailored for journalistic content.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Proven expertise in AI-driven eLearning solutions & Moodle customization
• Experience in training IT teams on AI-based LMS enhancements, chatbots, VR/AR, and analytics
• Strong understanding of automated assessments, tracking, and AI-powered cheating detection
• Ability to design and deliver engaging, hands-on virtual training sessions
• Experience with post-training support & reporting
