The Position:

The Logistic Officer is mainly responsible for supply chain management, in respect of tagging, issuance and record keeping.

Significance:

Logistic Officer is key in managing the overall Fixed asset and inventory management of Office.

The Logistic Officer must ensure:

  • All Fixed assets are tagged
  • Inventory management through ERP inventory module
  • All Fixed assets are properly maintained in respect of repair and maintenance
  • Inventory management through inventory module
  • Maintenance of inventory record at store level. Stock register for in and out of inventory.
  • Responsible for Provision of medicine under Malaria Control Program funded by Global Fund
  • Timely submission of Donor reporting
  • Ensure that district requests are entertained with due course of time
  • Other Tasks;
    • Effective maintenance of Inventory Module
    • Responsible for repair of all ACs of Head Office
    • Performance of any other duties as required by the Manager Administration

Specific Responsibilities:

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

· Maintenance of Updated FA register

· Inventory movement through inventory module.

· Internal / External Audit observations on Supply Chain Management.

Internal and External Interactions:

  • Senior Manager Administration & HR– Direct reporting line  
  • Relevant Project Managers: To have frequent meeting for requirement
  • Internal and External Audits: To facilitate internal and external audits and to coordinate recommended corrective measures for compliance against audit observations.
